English Garden

A beautiful blend of black and white tea that reminds us of a stroll through the flower garden on a sunny afternoon.  Light floral notes enhanced with lemon and hibiscus.  English Garden is one of our customers favorite blends.    

 Ingredients:  Organic Black Tea, Organic White Tea, Organic Rooibos, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Rose Hips, Organic Chamomile, Organic Lavender, Organic Rose Petals, Lemon Verbena, Organic Blackberry Leaf, Organic Calendula, Organic Safflowers, Natural Flavor 

Brewing Instructions:

Measure 1 level tsp per cup (8-10oz)

Add boiling water

Steep tea 4 minutes

Remove tea leaves and enjoy

Multiple steeps encouraged

Hibiscus tea is a rich source of antioxidants. Several studies have found that hibiscus tea may lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.

Rose hips contain vitamins C, E, and K, calcium, citric acid, iron, niacin, phosphorus, tannin, vitamin A, B1, B2, and P.  It is commonly used for digestive, urinary, pulmonary, skin and circulatory issues. 

Chamomile, herb from the daisy family has a number of anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial properties.  It is commonly used to relieve various stomach ailments as well as insomnia.

Safflower is full of linoleic acid, a fatty acid that contributes to reducing cholesterol in the body.
