Bao Zhong, also known as Wen Shan, is a lightly oxidized oolong from the high mountain region of Taiwan. The twisted leave-rolled tea leaves produce a complex floral taste with notes of wild honey. This tea does well steeped 5-7 times. Bao Zhong is definitely worth exploring for every tea drinker. Enjoy!

Taiwanese Oolong Tea
Brewing Instructions:
Measure 1/2 tsp per cup (8-10oz)
Add 175-185° water
Steep tea 2 minutes
Remove tea leaves and enjoy
